The challenge

Mike Costigan's webinar was strong — attendees showed up and sat through it — but the post-webinar conversion was leaking. Cold leads were dropping out somewhere between webinar end and purchase decision. The nurture series wasn't reactivating them; the offer page wasn't converting them.

The OS approach

The OS approach: Surface + Agent Layer (L05 + L04). The work isn't about the webinar — it's about what happens in the 72 hours AFTER. Re-engineered VSL pages, sharper post-webinar sequences, optimized upsell/downsell ladder, and integrated checkouts so the conversion path is frictionless.

What we built

The post-webinar sequence was rebuilt around behavioral signals — who watched, how long, what they clicked. The sequences that previously fired the same nurture to everyone now route by intent.

The VSL pages bridge non-attendees back into the offer with a shorter, focused pitch. The upsell/downsell ladder catches buyers and almost-buyers separately.

Result: significantly reduced cold-lead drop-out post-webinar, and meaningfully improved nurture-to-purchase conversion.

The evergreen mechanic

Evergreen webinar plays continuously; attendees move into a post-webinar sequence that's timing- and intent-aware. The Email Nurturer recognizes who watched to the end vs. who dropped, and routes them differently. VSL pages bridge non-attendees back to the offer. Upsell/downsell ladder maximizes per-lead revenue.
