Cosmetic surgery prospects shop. They visit competitor practices, browse comparison content, and only commit after weeks of evaluation. Market Perch needed to capture that shopping window — geo-fenced at the right moment, with a lead magnet that pre-qualifies serious buyers.
The OS approach: Infrastructure + Surface combined (L01 + L05). We wired the Facebook ad infrastructure for geo-fencing and competitor-shopping retargeting, then built a lead magnet + guide funnel that captures the shopper at the right moment and routes them into an appointment flow.
The lead magnet — a buyer's guide to cosmetic procedures — captures shoppers at the comparison stage rather than the decision stage. By offering pre-purchase value instead of asking for the appointment immediately, the funnel pre-qualifies serious prospects before they reach the calendar.
Facebook geo-fencing was configured to target prospects within a defined radius of the practice and to retarget visitors of competitor websites. Lower CAC, higher show-rate at consultations.
The lead magnet guide ("What to ask before any cosmetic procedure") captures shoppers at the comparison stage. Facebook geo-fencing + competitor retargeting puts the offer in front of prospects who are physically near or browsing competitor practices. The appointment funnel converts that captured intent into booked consultations.
"We don't want just any appointment — we want the right ones. The lead magnet does that filtering before anyone hits our calendar."— Market Perch Team, Cosmetic Surgery Practice
